Day 1 (Sunday 29 June)
- Transfer from airport to resort
- 5:00-6:00pm: Group welcome
- Dinner at the resort
Day 2 (Monday 30 June)
- 6:00-6:30am: Dryland at the pool
- 6:30-8:00am: Technical swimming session
- Breakfast at the resort
- 9:30-10:30am: Video analysis in groups
- 10:30-11:30am: Swimming technical forum (optional) or down time at the beach or at the resort
- Lunch at the resort
- 3:30-5:00pm: Interval training swimming session
- Dinner at the resort
Day 3 (Tuesday 1 July)
- 6:00-6:30am: Dryland at the pool
- 6:30-8:00am: Technical swimming session & Open Water skills
- Breakfast at the resort
- During down time, take advantage of any of the resorts gym or enjoy the beautiful private beaches and free lunges.
- Lunch at the resort
- 3:30-5:00pm: Open Water swim on the beautiful Mediterranean Sea
- Dinner at either resort or by the sea swim spot
Day 4 (Wednesday 2 July)
- 6:00-6:30am: Dryland at the pool
- 6:30-8:00am: Underwater filming and Technical swimming session
- Breakfast at the resort
- 9:30-10:30am: Video analysis in groups
- 10:30-11:30am: Swimming technical forum (optional) or down time
- Lunch at the resort
- 3:30-5:00pm: Interval training swimming session
- Dinner at the resort
Day 5 (Thursday 3 July)
- 6:00-6:30am: Dryland at the pool
- 6:30-8:00am: Technical swimming session
- Breakfast at the resort
- Down time at the beach or at the resort
- Lunch at the resort
- 3:30-5:00pm: Interval training swimming session
- Dinner at the resort
Day 6 (Friday 4 July)
- Breakfast at the resort
- Open Water swimming day – boat trip with snorkeling and sea swims at some of the most fantastic Mediterranean Sea places
- Our tour provider knows exactly where to go for the best bays, quiet beaches. The average water temperature is 27 degrees in July.
- Dinner at the resort
Day 7 (Saturday 5 July)
- 6:00-6:30am: Dryland at the pool
- 6:30-8:00am: Technical / Fitness swimming session
- Breakfast at the resort
- Down time at the beach or at the resort
- Lunch at the resort
- 3:30-5:00pm: Fun session
- Dinner outside
Day 8 (Sunday 6 July)
- Breakfast at the resort
- Transfer from resort to airport
